To celebrate Chinese language week we have made dumplings and sesame cookies this week in Garden to Table.
They were both really delicious and the students all loved making them.
Some students showed they had a really talent for dumpling making!
We put our own "HPS twist" on the dumplings adding cabbage, carrot, onion and bok choy.
There was some excellent chopping going on!
