Cook Island Language Week

As part of our Garden to Table menu, we celebrate different cultures by creating delicious food from other countries.

The students love this - especially when they come in from the garden and see a 'taste of home' on the serving table.

Last week it was the turn of Cook Island language week.

We made:

* Chop suey (always a favourite!)

* Herby flat bread (as a side)

* Coconut cookies (as a sweet treat after!)
